Hello Falcon Families!
Look for the May lunch menu and calendar to come home (hard copy) today or tomorrow. I will send the lunch ordering link as soon as I receive it.
Frassati Spring Gala FAQs
1. Is it too late to buy tickets?
No! You can buy tickets by sending in your RSVP card and payment or by purchasing online at http://frassati-wbl.org/activities/buy-spring-gala-tickets/. Tickets also will be for sale at the door on the night of the event. Everyone is welcome! If you have to come late or leave early, still plan to join in the fun!
2. What else can I do to support Gala preparations this week?
Please send in ticket stubs and raffle ticket money this week. Also, we are short on wine for the wine activity at the event. If you are able, please bring in a bottle or two (valued at $15 or more) by Thursday, April 23.
3. The auction items in the catalog are fantastic. Has anything been added?
Fantastic items are still coming in from our generous donors, including an autographed Minnesota Wild jersey and a Facials, Food, and Wine Party using Bullenbees Skincare products!
4. What should I wear to the event?
There is no official dress code for the Gala (no black ties required!), but since we are celebrating Spring and New Beginnings, ladies may want to wear a spring colored dress or capris and guys may want to wear a spring polo or collared shirt.
See you April 25!

Five Friends of Frassati – Nomination Period Extended to Friday, April 24
Do you know someone who shares their time and talents with Frassati Catholic Academy? Someone who volunteers to help to make Frassati Catholic Academy the best school that it can be?
You can nominate that person today! The digital nomination process takes only 2-3 minutes by clicking on this link. http://goo.gl/forms/BJKXlstZVo. A hard copy of the nomination form will be sent home tomorrow.
What: “Five Friends of Frassati” is an annual FCA community award program developed to recognize individuals and businesses who are dedicated in making a positive impact on our FCA Community by graciously giving of their time, talents and resources.
Why: This annual recognition program is very important as we come together as an FCA Community to acknowledge those individuals and businesses who go above and beyond to ensure a successful school for our children. This is the first year for this annual award program. We believe you will want to be involved as “the voice of our community” by submitting your nomination so we have extended the nomination deadline.
Nominate: You can nominate one individual and one business. The individual you nominate could be a parent, grandparent, family member or someone who has a great impact on the FCA Community. The individual’s contributions to FCA could include volunteering at school, doing volunteer work at home or volunteering on a school committee or project. Staff members are not eligible to win as Mr. Gallivan plans to have a separate recognition program for them later this year.
Who: If you are a parent, guardian, staff member or middle school student you are eligible to submit a nomination.
How: Winners will be chosen by tallying the number of nominations. Four individuals and one business will be awarded as our Five Friends of Frassati for the 2014-15 school year.
When & Where: The nomination deadline has been extended to Friday, April 24. The Five Friends of Frassati winners will be announced at the State of the School event on Thursday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Kohler Hall. We look forward to seeing you there.
Thank you for your thoughtful contribution to this new program.
