2024-25 Preschool Tuition 

Preschool Fee (Non-refundable)

  • $75 Enrollment Fee per student

Must be 3 years old and potty trained by September 1, 2024 for all programs. Priority enrollment will be given to the 5 day a week program for all ages. 

5 Day – All Day Program ONLY

  • Mon-Fri 7:35 am – 2:30 pm* = yearly tuition $8,175 or 10 payments of $817.50
  • Mon-Fri 7:35 am – 2:30 pm + Extended Day 2:30 – 5:00 pm* = yearly tuition $9,950 or 10 payments of $995

*Hot lunch is available for an additional cost. 

3 Day 

  • Mon/Wed/Fri 7:35-11:00 am = yearly tuition $3,300 or 10 payments of $330
  • Mon/Wed/Fri 7:35-2:30 pm* = yearly tuition $5,035 or 10 payments of $503.50
  • Mon/Wed/Fri 7:35-2:30 pm + Extended Day 2:30 – 5:00 pm* = yearly tuition $6,190 or 10 payments of $619

*Hot lunch is available for an additional cost. 

2 Day

  • Tues/Thurs 7:35 – 11:00 am = yearly tuition $2,400 or 10 payments of $240
  • Tues/Thurs 7:35 – 2:30 pm* = yearly tuition $3,900 or 10 payments of $390
  • Tues/Thurs 7:35 – 2:30 pm + Extended Day 2:30 – 5:00 pm* = yearly tuition $5,735 or 10 payments of $573.50

AFTER SCHOOL CARE 

Preschool after care available for full-day students on a drop in basis. $20/day

2024-25 K-8 Tuition

$5700 yearly per student (10 payments of $570.00)

K-8 Fees (2) (Non-refundable)

  • $100 Enrollment Fee per student (Non-refundable)
  • $150 Technology Fee per K-3 student (Non-refundable)
  • $175 Technology Fee per 4-8 student (Each student will receive a Chromebook or similar device for school use.)

Fundraising Requirements for K-8 Families

As part of attending Frassati, each K-8 family is required to:

  • Offer 20 hours of volunteer time yearly, or be billed $13 per hour at the end of the year. Families may count 5 hours of volunteer time for participating in the fall 5K and 5 hours for attending the spring gala. Families are responsible for recording their volunteer hours in Sycamore Education.
  • Contribute $500 toward fundraising efforts. This may be done for the fall 5K, spring gala, direct contribution, etc.

K-5 EXTENDED DAY CARE

Extended Day is available on school days until 6:00 PM. 

Indicate the days your child will attend and if they will take the bus home or be picked up by a parent.

Registration Fee: $40
Activity Fee: $10
Standard Contract: $17/Day
Variable Contract: $20/Day
Drop-In Contract: $25/Day

*Snack will be provided.

Middle School After School Program

Extended Day is available on school days until 6:00 PM. 

Daily Rate: $10/Day

*A $40 non-refundable per child registration fee and a $10 activity fee will be added to your first bill of the school year. 

Tuition Payment Agreements Preschool – Grade 8

  • One payment: Pay your family’s tuition in full by July 1, 2024 and receive a 3% discount.
  • Two payments: Make two payments – one due July 1, 2024 and one due December 1, 2024. A fee is charged for late payments.
  • Ten payments: Make ten payments from July 2024 to April 2025. Due dates are either the 1st or 15th of the month. There is a fee associated with this method and there is a fee charged for late payments.

Frassati Catholic Academy recognizes the commitment and sacrifice families make to receive a Catholic Education. We want to do everything we can to make a Frassati Catholic Academy education accessible to you.   

An outside agency, Tuition Aid Data Services or TADS, determines a calculated need based on a family’s income, assets, and expenses.  This information is forwarded to the school for use in determining a grant amount. Grants are based on a family’s need respective to available financial aid funds. The TADS application for financial aid is available at www.mytads.com. Contact the school office for the cutoff date for when the application must be completed and submitted. Families will receive notice of a possible grant amount in the coming months after submission.  

Our goal is to help families meet the cost of a great STREAM education.

* Tuition assistance is not available for preschool students.
