Role at Frassati: Kindergarten Teacher
Favorite thing about Frassati: My favorite thing about Frassati are the families that make up our school. They are incredible in the way that they support their children and support us as a staff in a plethora of ways.
About Me: My philosophy of teaching kindergarten is grounded in the belief that children learn best when they are engaged, curious, and supported in a nurturing environment. I view each child as a unique individual with their own potential, strengths, and needs, and I aim to create a classroom where children feel safe, respected, and excited to explore the world around them. I believe in the power of play as a tool for learning, the importance of social-emotional development, and the need to foster a love of learning that will stay with children throughout their lives. Through collaborative learning, inclusion, and a focus on developing a growth mindset, I aim to empower each child to reach their fullest potential, while building a strong foundation for future academic and personal success.
In my free time I love spending time with my two rescue pups (Odin & Nala) and my husband outdoors in State and National Parks. I also love visiting libraries as there is something so magical about the beautiful world of books!
