Dylan Sauder (Music)
I am thrilled to be the music teacher at Frassati Catholic Academy, working in partnership with the Totino-Grace Fine Arts Academy. I am originally from southeastern Wisconsin, but moved to the Twin Cities to attend the University of Northwestern-St. Paul. I graduated from Northwestern with degrees in Vocal Music Education and Bible, as well as a minor in Spanish. As a large part of my education, I worked with music students in almost every grade K-12 at numerous elementary, middle, and high schools in the Twin Cities area.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, hiking, running, and being outside in general. I also love attending and performing in theater productions and will be singing with the Minnesota Chorale this year.
I am passionate about music itself, but I also love how it can support the development of every other content area, as well as the emotional and social development of students. Furthermore, singing and playing music can be a beautiful act of worship to God. I am so excited to explore and create music with the students of Frassati!
