Three years ago I joined the staff at Frassati Catholic Academy (FCA). Since, I’ve have had the privilege of helping Frassati’s youngest students discover the joy of learning.

I graduated from the College of Saint Benedict with a BA in English and a concentration in theology. I met my husband David in college (go Johnnie’s)! After graduation I took a corporate position in downtown Minneapolis. Shortly after, we married and welcomed our first child. I quickly realized my gifts and talents were not being fulfilled in the business world. I decided to leave my job and stay home to raise a family. When my children were young, I found part time employment as a nanny and spent six years working with children, adults, and special needs students at FOSS Swim School. Once all of our children were enrolled in school, I was excited to take on a new challenge. My husband and I have three children at Frassati. Our oldest, Claire, is in sixth grade. We also have twins, Harvey and Lucille, who are in third.

When I’m not in school, you can either find me walking our two golden retrievers or cheering on our kids at their various activities. Once the house has finally fallen quiet from the chaos of the day, you can find me on the couch with our cat snuggled up in my lap.
