Just a reminder for all your volunteers who work with children. Registering online is preferred, but walk ins are accepted.

Attention: All Volunteers Who Work With Children!

In response to the Charter for the Protection of Children, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis requires training for priests, parish and school staff and all volunteers who have contact with children. This program specifically addresses how entire parish and school communities can protect all of God’s children from sexual abuse.

All are expected to attend a training session called:

VIRTUS: Protecting God’s Children.
For those of you who are new this year or still need to meet this requirement, St. Mary’s is offering the following session. This is a one-time training, which need not be repeated. It is 3 hours long and full of good information.

• Click on the “Registration” link in the left-hand column
• Select “Saint Paul and Minneapolis (Archdiocese) from the drop-down box
• Create your own “User ID” and “password”
